You must set up the actual appointment slots before others can book them. Heres how to set up and use Google Calendar Appointment Schedule: When you save your work, you go back to your Calendar page and see a new entry in your calendar that indicates you have available appointments.
If you have an eligible Google Workspace or Google One subscription, appointment schedules come with premium. You can create a single booking page to let others schedule unlimited appointments on your calendar at no charge.
